Patricia Ann Dittman, 75, of Beloit, WI, died Sunday, March 22, 2009 in Beloit Memorial Hospital.
She was born October 11, 1933 in Beloit, WI, the daughter of Earl and Margaret Secor Resler. Patricia was a 1951 graduate of Beloit Memorial High School. She married Richard D. Dittman on June 27, 1970 in the Church by the Side of the Road, Rockton, IL.
Patricia was employed by Joe Peet Insurance Company and later was the office secretary for FOE #557. She was a member of the Women of the Moose #56 and the past president of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Eagles Club #557. Patricia was also a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Dittman of Beloit, WI; her son, Mike (Cindy) Baker of Freedom, WI; step sons, Ron (Lynn) Dittman of Akron, IN, and Lee (Janette) Dittman of Panama City, FL; step daughter, Sandra Dittman of Fort Worth, TX; three grandchildren, Jeffrey Baker, Bradley Baker and Kyle Baker; ten step grandchildren; four great grandchildren; her mother, Margaret Resler of Beloit, WI; brother, James Resler of Franklin, WI; step brother, Roger Procter of St. Louis, MO; step sister, Patricia Conlisk of Long Beach, CA; brother-in-law, Wayne (Maryann Donovan) Elmer of Beloit, WI; nephews, Steve (Christine) Elmer of Janesville, WI, and Tim (Penny) Elmer of Beloit, WI.
She was predeceased by her father and twin sister, Betty Elmer.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 26, 2009 in Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church 1850 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI, with Reverend Edward May officiating. Burial will be in Floral Lawns Memorial Gardens, South Beloit, IL. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI.
