Glen “Moses” N. Dunaway, 69, of Beloit, WI, died Friday, November 20, 2009 in Beloit Memorial Hospital.
He was born June 12, 1940 in South Beloit, IL, the son of Leo and Emma (Brewster) Dunaway. Glen attended South Beloit Schools. He married Mary Dunaway on August 12, 1967 in Las Vegas, NV. She predeceased him on August 27, 1987.
Glen was a roofer. He loved to fish, watch Chicago Cubs baseball and spend time with his family and grandchildren.
Survivors include his children, Tammy (Christopher) Neinfeldt of Janesville, WI, Nettie (Tyler) Ferguson of Beloit, WI, Kelly (Chuck) Scoggins of South Beloit, IL, and Linda (Dennis) Wright of Janesville, WI; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two sisters, Loretta Hall of South Beloit, IL, and Judy (Rusty) Clark of California; four brothers, Kenny (Kathy) Dunaway of Washington, Bob (Sharlynn) Dunaway of Beloit, WI, Howard (Michelle) Dunaway of California and Fred Dunaway of Illinois; numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, grandson, Dennis Wright II and two sisters, Lillie and Nellie.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2009 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI, with Pastor Philip Allen officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service Tuesday in the funeral home.
