Mary L. Northcutt, 92, of Beloit, WI, died Thursday, March 4, 2010 at Harbor House.
She was born October 21, 1917 in Greensburg, PA, the daughter of Carl and Mary Tozzi Malizio. Mary was a 1935 graduate of Beloit High School. She married Clyde Northcutt on July 19, 1941 in St. Thomas Catholic Church, Beloit, WI. He predeceased her in 1982.
Mary was employed by Freeman Shoe, Greyhound Bus Company and Wal-Mart, retiring in 1992. She was a member of the South Beloit American Legion Post #288, V.F.W. Rockport, IL and St. Thomas Catholic Church. Mary enjoyed going on bus trips to the casino.
Survivors include her sister-in-law, June Malizio of Beloit, WI; nieces, Mary Bottoms, Mary Nordlie, Nina Stevens, Carla Pellegrino and Joanne Wedemeyer; nephews, John Malizio, Carl Malizio Jr., Bill Pellegrino and Frank Boschi; several great nieces and nephews; special friends, Angelina Palermo and Audry Masseura.
She was predeceased by her parents, brother, Carl Malizio, three sisters, Catherine Pellegrino, Rose Colvin and Margaret Bottoms, and three nephews, John Bottoms, Michael Pellegrino and Robin Pellegrino.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 11, 2010 in St. Thomas Catholic Church 824 E. Grand Avenue, Beloit, WI, with Fr. Steven Kortendick officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service Thursday in the church. Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI, assisted the family with arrangements.
