Kevin R. Wood Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Kevin Robert Wood, 58, of South Beloit, IL, passed away on Friday, July 15, 2022 at Beloit Memorial Hospital. He was born on September 13, 1963 in South Beloit, IL, the son of Robert and Denise Wood. Kevin was a 1982 Hononegah High School graduate. Kevin was currently employed by Fisher Barton in Loves Park, IL. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, bowling, fishing, and watching sports. Kevin had a great love and passion for track, which led him to coaching the Parkview High School, Beloit Memorial High School and Aldrich Middle School track teams. He liked going to the Farmers Market any chance he had. Survivors include his daughters, Renee, Kyersten, Kahlahna and Kerrissa Wood; grandchildren, Trane McDowell, Kyra Wood, KeeLee Wood, Kystavia Boone, Trevyn Wicks, Stephen Boone, Tilus Wood, Khyler Catteruccia, Kolleta Farmer, Araylee Stoltz, Aniyah Stoltz-Nevel, Ainsley Stoltz-Nevel and Aislyn Stoltz-Nevel; father, Robert Wood; sister, Bobbi Jo (Steve) Moe; and stepdaughters, Stephanie Stoltz-Nevel and Shanna Stoltz. Kevin was predeceased by his mother. A Memorial Service for Kevin will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, July 25, 2022 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Rd., Beloit, WI, with Pastor Sherrick Anderson officiating. Inurnment will be in Willowbrook Cemetery, Roscoe, IL. Visitation of Remembrance will be held from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service on Monday in the funeral home.
