Onosa’i Siaunofo Amosa (name meaning: patient) was born and shown love by her parents on Monday, June 20, 2022 at Unity Point Health- Meriter Hospital, Madison, WI suffering from bilateral multicystic dysplastic kidney disease. “Junior and Annia gave birth to our beautiful Samoan princess Onosa'i Siaunofo Amosa at 6:22 pm on 6/20/22 weighing 4 lbs. 8 oz. at 17 1/4". She blessed us with her grace for a short 2 hours and 15 minutes before she gained her wings and made Heaven her home at 8:37 pm that night. She was far too perfect for this world. She is dancing and playing up at Jesus's house! Thank you, Lord, for giving Onosa'i to us, even though our time was short. Rest in Love baby girl, until we get there and are with you again. You will forever be in our hearts sweet princess! We love you sooooo much!” Survivors include her loving parents, Fa’asafua “Junior” and Annia (McLain) Amosa Jr.; brother, Noah Amosa; sister, Anniah Amosa; maternal grandparents, Bradford and Connie McLain of Beloit, WI; paternal grandparents, Fa’asafua and Siaunofo Amosa of Puyallup, WA; maternal great grandparents, Lillian and John Pike of Beloit, WI; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was predeceased by her maternal great grandparents, Frank Hilborn, Leroy and Helen McLain; paternal great grandparent, Aoao Loto Amosa. A Funeral Service will be at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Rd., Beloit, WI, with Patrick Giles officiating. Visitation of remembrance will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service Tuesday in the funeral home. A live streaming of the service may be viewed.
