Sandra Bell, 65, of South Beloit, IL, went Home on Friday, February 11, 2022 in OSF Hospital, Rockford, IL. She was born on June 10, 1956 in Batesville, MS, the daughter of Bernice Baker and Sonny Cox. Sandra was a 1975 graduate of South Panola High School. She married Gene L. Bell on March 21, 1980 in Janesville, WI. Sandra is survived by her children, Alici (Darrel) McNeal of Plainfield, IL, DonDre’ Bell of Janesville, WI, Kenyetta Rhea of Sun Prairie, WI and LaNaTasha Bell of South Beloit, IL; grandchildren, Jaden Bell, Da’Coshia Hearns, Christian Bell, Chase Bell and Essex Hampton. She was predeceased by her husband, Pastor Gene L. Bell; mother, Bernice Baker; and brothers, MacArtha Baker, James Baker and Robert Jr. Baker. A Funeral Service for Sandra Bell will be held on Monday, February 21, 2022 with a viewing beginning at 10:00 a.m. and service at 11:00 a.m. in the Church of Living Water, 11247 S. Merlet Rd., Beloit, WI, with Pastor Michael D. Williamson from New Hope Baptist Church in Muncie, IN officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with family present from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Church of Living Water on Sunday, February 20, 2022.
