Wilbur Johnston, 94, of Beloit, WI, died on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Beloit Senior Living. He was born on November 4, 1926 in Janesville, WI, the son of David and Cleone (Duggan) Johnston. Wilbur married June Sneath on March 12, 1970. Wilbur was employed by Fairbanks Morse. He was a lifelong member of St. Jude Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, June; nieces and nephew. He was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Daniel (Rosanna) Johnston and Donald (Eleanor) Johnston, and infant brother, Dale Johnston. A Memorial Service for Wilbur will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 10, 2021 in the St. Jude Catholic Church, 737 Hackett St., Beloit, WI. Inurnment will be in Mt. Thabor Cemetery. Visitation of remembrance will be from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday in the church. Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Rd., Beloit, WI, assisted the family with arrangements.
